Coaches Meeting Outline:

• Scratch Meeting
• Walk through Coaches packet
• 2008 Regional Site Preference
• Appeal Form
• Protest committee – Dave Culp, Michael Serefine, and John Hunsucker
• Must bring completed Appeal Form to Meet Director (Steve Carpenter) first

• Absolutely no jewelry (includes Livestrong type bracelets)
• Uniforms must match and be school issued.
• Starting line procedure – 3 on the line.
• Top 4 teams make State Meet.
• Top 5 individuals (not on an advancing team) make State Meet.
• Will have brief meeting after awards ceremony for coaches that have a team or individual advancing to the State Meet.
• Course overview.
• Should have printed results after awards ceremony.
