Teams: We began posting accepted
teams in June and are at 30 teams as of July 18th. We will close the meet when we have a total of about 40 teams.
Sanctioning applied for NC, SC, and TN.
Entries: A school may run multiple teams. For example (if desired), boys 1-7 in
“Championship,” boys 8-14 in “Invite,” and boys 15+ in “Open.” The Championship and Invite races will be
limited to 7 runners per team. No
limit in the Open race.
Entry Fee: $60 per school, $20 for an
individual
(1 time $60
entry for a school covers all boys and girls, regardless of number of races
entered, or number of athletes; Individuals must represent their school). Make checks payable to Roberson Rams

Entry Process: E-mail Team entries to davidculp@aol.com (specify which Boys & which
Girls races you want to enter).
Team entries will close
when we have about 40 teams.
Entries for
team rosters will be via Direct Athletics (www.directathletics.com). Race designation is not declared
on Direct Athletics but you must register the names of the athletes who will be
participating. Any 7
runners can run in the Championship or Invite races, you do not have to declare
those names specifically to a race.
Roster entry deadline will be
Course: The classic Jackson Park double loop configuration. The course does contain a
few short stretches of pavement. Regular racing flats or very short spikes are recommended.
Awards: Individual awards
will be given to the top 10 finishers in each
race. Team awards will be given to the
top 2 teams in each race.
T-Shirts: We plan to have race t-shirts for sale …. at a reasonable price.
